[Resolved]  Nokia X2 - 00 — Defective product

I have bought nokia x2-00 on[protected] which was not working with data cable i submitted it to nokia care in Ranchi they kept it for one month but could not repair or replace it as i had to come berhmpur i got my mobile as it was and i thought i will give again in berhmpur nokia care when i will get another problem.

After three month my headset stopped working i went to nokia care in berhmpur. They tell me about extending warranty and said that this is going to closed so if you want warranty period can be extended now only because offer is going to close i got ready and extended warranty period they also replace my headset after 15 days but this time i did not submit mobile for data cable problem because i have no other mobile so i thought latter i will.

This headphone also stopped after three month and as it was in warranty only for 6 month from purchasing date they refuse to repair it.

In march i got an another problem that when i press caller button it switched off. I went to nokia care and complain about this problem and also for data cable problem. They said it is liquid damage you have to pay for it 200.
I said how it could be because it never get in contact with water they said it may be due to sweat.


i had no option i said ok repair it but when i received it, it was as with problem of data cable and they took 200 and resubmit it for data cable and said we have to send it and after 15 days they return it to me as it was by saying that it can't be replaced because you ave repaired your mobile outside.


I am going to attached xerox of job sheet through which it can be proved that my mobile was deffected from initial (before liquid damage )
