[Resolved]  Nokia X2 - 00 — Low Voice Level and Low Voice Quality

My mother purchased this NOKIA X2-00 set 2 years ago and since then she has been facing the problem of not being able to hear the voice of the person calling from the other side because of the low level and low quality of incoming voice.
Please look into this matter and help me out here.
