[Resolved] Nokia X2 — worst phone of nokia | |||
This is the worst phone nokia has produced. None of d specifications mentioned r upto d mark. Camera doen't give a clarity of even 2 megapixel. Flash is too flashy it spoils d images taken. D phone takes 4-5 hrs to get charged n gets drained within 2 days. D phone reboots when u watch a video. D phone heats up aftr using for sometime. If the memory card is loaded with more than 1 g.b d phone works even slower than d bug. Camera automatically goes to standby mode. Wht else is left. I dont think anyone would buy dis phone aftr knowin all these defects. I want NOKIA to take back my phone and pay me compensation for facing all these problems. Was this information helpful? | |||

i agree very much to this point. i have taken this phone just 15 days before and from the very first day it is showing all these problems...i am going to consumer complaint office within a week if nokia care wouldn't take some action against my complaint

Thats true. I feel nokia has made a wrost mobile of very low cost and want to sell with its brand name "Nokia" so that people will blindly purchase. This is not their fault. They want to earn money but we poeple always blindly beliving only brand names. Where Karbon, Micromax also providing good mobiles with same waranty period as nokia provides with low price but with more features and with good looking. I feel all should go for cheap mobile and use for few years and again change to new. For this micromax and karbon is best. Why Im telling all these, Im very upset after purchasing this stupid mobile. The price anyway is more. Im facing same problems with cheapest service and support. Please dont refer anyone for Nokia brand. This brand is becoming wrost but with high price.
Apart from other complaints, I have reception problem. After 2 weeks when I started using the phone, I will never get the range in the phone. Whoever calls my number will always hear the the number is out of coverage area. I gave the phone to the "Nokia Care" center yesterday and they said that the board is the complaint and I need to wait for 15 days to get it serviced. When asked to replace the set they asked me to go the Nokia shop where it was purchased. In the Nokia showroom they say if I had come within 7 days of purchase they could have tried to replace but nothing can be done. This is pure cheating and very soon they are going to face the customer wreath and lose the business. This is my 6th mobile device. Definitely I will never ever buy a Nokia phone and I am planning to circulate this issue with my company collegues and classmates and friends group.
I bought this X2 mobile 6 months back. This model is a defective model. It has hanging problems, automatically restarts sometimes. Two days back I found the lock on the panel broken (doesnt have quality) though my mobile never fell down or slipped. I went to nokia care and they told they are not responsible for physical damages. And when I asked for the cost of the panel, it was Rs.1060. Current mobile price is Rs.5000 I guess. So I didnt want to spend such a huge amount for this and that too for a defective model. If I change the panel, the lock may again break in another 5 months. There is no quality. I atleast want Nokia to replace my panel.
The hanging problem can be solved by upgrading the s/w of the phone.
