[Resolved]  Nokia X3 - 02 Handset — Complaint with mobile handset X3-02

I purchased a Nokia X3-02 handset from the Nokia Showroom at Indiranagar CMH Road-on June 3rd 2011.
Total Bill amount : Rs 8198.00
(Handset value - Rs 7618.10 + Scratch gard Rs 189.52+ CVAT @ 5%)

I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the phone. In less than a month I faced problem with the touch sensor and have serviced the phone from Nokia Care. I was told by Dhanush K from the Nokia Care that the touch pad was replaced.
However this issue with the touch sensor has cropped up again. Most times the touch does not sense the settings and also the phone gets switched off by itself.

I have visited the Nokia Care again today- July 8th 2011 and received a pathetic service from them.
Whilst Dhanusk K confirmed that the touch pad was replaced, Pradeep Manohar the manager of Nokia care mentioned it was not. As you notice, there were conflicting answers received and they were not serious about their statements.
The policy of Nokia is that handsets with technical issues will need to be kept under observation after which a job sheet will be issued and sent to the head office who will further decide whether the product needs to be replaced or not. To note that they are unsure and cannot guarantee if replacement of the product will be assured. This was confirmed to me by Mahender, Center Manager and Pradeep Manohar.

As mentioned my phone is only 35 days old and am not willing to have it serviced again. It is highly frustrating for me to be walking up to the Nokia care and explaining the issue time and again.

Hence I have no intentions to waste my time further explaining or showing the issue to anyone in the showroom or Nokia Care.
Servicing a phone and recurring of the issue in such a less time itself is a proof that the product sold to me is a defective piece.

Having said that please DO NOT ask me to get the product serviced again as I am NOT willing to do so. All the accessories that were provided along with the handset will be returned. Please either provide a replacement new phone or refund my money at the earliest. I have repeatedly mentioned the issue to Nokia care since my visit and will not tolerate their junk service any further. Please help me get my money back or a replacement new product at the earliest.
