[Resolved] Zoom Developers — non clearance of my PF WITHDRAWAL FORM

DEAR SIR I WAS WORKING WITH ZOOM DEVELOPERS PVT LTD. TILL 16 SEP 2008. THE PROBLEM NOW I M FACING IS THAT THE HR PERSONNEL WANTS TO HARRASS ME BY HIS NEGATIVE ATTITUTE. HE IS NOT ISSUING AND SENDING PF MONEY WITHDRAWAL FORM TO PF DEPT. OF INDORE. HE ALWAYS SAYS REGARDING NON AVAILBILITY OF NEW PF-WITHDRAWAL FORMS, AS DEPT HAS ISSUED NEW FORM FOR THE SAME PURPOSE BUT THOSE FORMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?...PLS GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO FOR SUCH AN INJUSTICE?????? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Employer cannot say that the new forms not available.it is the duty of the employer to file the papers.in case they are failed.please get one acknowledgement for your forms submission to the employer and compalint to the concern epfo office.

sir,

i resigned on 12 october 2008, 4 months back i given pf forms for attestation by the emploer for withdral, till date they have not given. how to go about it. how to get no break in service certificate from the employer for pension sheme purpose.

kindly give suggestion how to go about.
