[Resolved]  Zoom Developers — Not receive Pan Card

Dear Sir,

Already i have PAN CARD bearing PAN no. AMPPD1979E in the name of RAJU DUTTA.
But due to Numerologist advice i have change my to RAAJ KASHYAP DUTTA before Notary Court in Guwahati, Assam. I have applied for change my name in my PAN CARD on dated 05-11-08 through nsdl website. My acknowledgement no. was [protected] and credit card transaction no. was[protected]. I had couriered the documents on dated 06-11-08 alongwith the court documents.
But still I have not receive my PAN CARD so i am faceing a lots of problem in my official matter.
