Already i have PAN CARD bearing PAN no. AMPPD1979E in the name of RAJU DUTTA.
But due to Numerologist advice i have change my to RAAJ KASHYAP DUTTA before Notary Court in Guwahati, Assam. I have applied for change my name in my PAN CARD on dated 05-11-08 through nsdl website. I WAS WORKING WITH ZOOM DEVELOPERS PVT LTD. TILL 16 SEP 2008.
THE PROBLEM NOW I M FACING IS THAT THE HR PERSONNEL WANTS TO HARRASS ME BY HIS NEGATIVE ATTITUTE. HE IS NOT ISSUING AND SENDING PF MONEY WITHDRAWAL FORM TO PF DEPT. OF INDORE.
