I Nilu Joyardar and Pradip Joyarder, reside at Vill & P.O. -Itahar, U/Dinajpur since from birth, i have purchased a land from hasena Beoya on 2nd jan 2008 under itahar Land Dev. Sub -Register, P.O.-Itahar, Dist- Uttar Dinajpur J.L no 109, L No 133, L R no 1286, total acquired 50shatak . for which i paid Land revenue duly in full, this land attached with NH-34, in west of Tulshi sarkar, in east Nh 34 and in south Loknath Fuel pump,
Mehebub Alam who not our neighborhood land owner and nothing any land purchased in J.L.no 109, L no 133, but he forcefully illegally capture fornt position of my own acquired land which belongs to PWD .Please take necessary action for illegal capture of land .
