[Resolved]  Northcliff KIA — Bad Service

• On the 31st January 2011 after 1st service on the car I had a problem with the wheel bearing and alternator belt which I reported to Northcliff KIA center on the 7th February 2011
• Took 3 weeks for Northcliff KIA center to book in my car (22Feb2011) after an intervention from the head office
• They had the car overnight and only managed to fix the wheel bearing
• 3rd March sent couple of email to Allan Powell, George Berg and Nadine Bloem requesting Northcliff to complete the job and George Berg was kind to confirm that he can only book me in a month’s time(24March2011 to be precise)
• Today the 24th March 2011 when I brought in the car the unfriendly, arrogant George Berg told me that we did not confirm the date (I have written proof) and as I result he did not book or order the spares.

Please note that if my car brakes I will hold Northcliff KIA liable for the cost of car hire and any other cost I may incur as a result of this.
