To whom it may concern
I took my car in for service at northcliff kia early november.
A week later my car wouldn't start while making my way to work only to find out that its the battery, iv have ha my car for a little over a year so i was shocked.
A weekend ago i was faced with serious issued when my car wouldn't start and it was in the middle of the night and i was stranded which is dangerous for a female.
I decided to take the car back to where i initially bought it and they realized my battery terminals were completely loose, as to how it survived over a month being driven like that is still shocking and mayb its by gods grace.
So which ever technician dealt with my car is highly careless. Someone needs to account for this??? Was this information helpful? |
