Not Receive RTO BOOK — parcel lost

My Parcel is send from Gwalior to Chennai. It contain some important documents. My parcel is coming via speed post its id is EI[protected]. Since its more than 12 days it shows no movement & the speed post office of gwalior said it already left for chennai & they dosent know the details. kindly help.

My PAN Card has been dispatch on 18.06.2011 and not be reached yet

Its Been a month & still i dont get my parcel & no response from consumercomplaint.in also. The behaviour of this site is too closed one. Please reply to my complaint.

Not Receive RTO BOOK — Courier not delivered

Mumbai cpu has despatched courier on 28/07/11 through speed post awb#EM[protected]IN AND EM[protected]IN but the same has not been received at Abhanpur on 12/08/11.Pathetic services.Goverment has to close these non performing and useless departm,ent like post office.There servissces are very poor and they dont deliver any thing on right time.
