SAAZ- 16 CD — non receipt of CD

Sir, You have collected Rs 2000/ through my credit card on

25 aug 2008 and till date i have not received the CD. I rang up

help line[protected] and could not get any reply. I sent an e mail and i got reply that my membership no ITBC08580820 order
no oga[protected] and th CD was despatched by EPPpostal dep docket no 279921. I rang up EGNO post office and thay confirmed
no booking on this no.

kindly let me know the correct position of this case.

16 cd saaz series pack — Not received the cds but payment made through Cr Card

I have sent prescribed proforma to get 16 CD SAAZ series pack at doorstep. The payment option was through my credit card in easy 3 installments. The first account statement dated[protected] has been received for payment of Rs. 800.00 from bank.

Even I have placed order for 16 CD SAAZ pack and payment of Rs2000/- on shot was made on July 19, 2008 through Credit card. I have not received the pack till now. I have made several phone call to India today bookclub helpline. There is no proper answer from them.

I am yet to receive the gift voucher for 3days and 2 night holiday .Payment was made on my creditcard on 27.08.08 .In this regard I contacted your customer care on[protected] and they gave me the website www.bookstoday.in//promos.htm.Unfortunately this does not exist.
For my payment of Rs 748.00 in HDFC CREDITCARD on 1.12.08, I am yet to receive the shoes

Please guide me and update me status of both the things immediately.
