There has been a huge act of corruption going on in my Panchayat area i.e. Gitdabling Gram Panchayat under Kalimpong Sub Division, Block II. The corruption is going on in the form of MGNREGA and some other government benifits. The innocent rural people are kept under the darkness about the actual benifit of the schemes from Govt. Lakhs and lakhs of money is being eaten up by handful of cunning people. Poor villagers are being cheated. Please take some trouble to investigate this matter and help our poor people.

This is with reference to Gram Panchayat Kanechhan Kalan (PIN 311407) District Bhilwara Taluka - Shahpura corruption activities carried out at mass level by local Sharpanch family members (her Sons/Husband and brother) they all are inadequately involved in corruption and mismanagement of village basic necessities like cleaning, water, electricity, security, infrastructure development etc.

The fact of the subject is that the Sharpanch of above-mentioned village (Kanechhan Kalan- Taluka Shahpura District Bhilwara –Rajasthan) is not educated and her family members including her son Shri Sitaram Khatik is involved into day to day administration of the village. We have been noticing since last 2 years that he is heavily involved into corruption activities, routine operation and handling administration of the village and also influencing local people and poor class people by giving some kind and money also involved into terror activities in the village.

Following are the issues:

1- The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act - MNREGA scheme – the said village areas "misappropriating" central funds and "threatening" workers to keep their mouth shut. Like the attendance register is heavily mismanaged, people who are not working has been shown as presented and money to that effect deposited into their bank account, "There was great fraud in making (of job) cards, muster rolls were not maintained properly, and work was not provided to job seekers sometimes...

2 - CC road construction within village streets not been constructed as per the agreed standards. Local people have been complaining about the level of construction but using some unpleasant ways terrorized them.

3 - The cleaning is not been taken care of hence village is badly impacted from routine disease.

4 - BPL card had been issued without any basic check and the money on the account has been used for his own purpose. Whereas as per the government norms BPL needs to be used for the to enable least interaction with the Government System (No filling up of forms).

• Access to a maximum of Rs.1000 credit (at a pre defined interest) p.a.
payable in one year, at any time
• Mobility (Access to the system across the state).

5 - Aangan Badi teachers appointment has been changed at mass level.

6 - Fake certificates for pension scheme issued to old people of villages and portion of money is being used by him self.

Dear sir, the whole issue is that the Sarpanch is not educated and his Sons are taking advantages of the same and involved into various other activities.

I want to inform you that a lot of illegal work under MNREGA scheme is working by Pradhan Krishna Devi Mauray with her husband Krishan Kumar Mauray in villege Harpal Singh Ka Purwa Block Jagdishpur, Distt.-Amethi (Uttar Pradesh). Her husband is misusing the govt. money for self building construction and others.
So Kindly request you to investigate and take immediately action against them.

ब्लॉक डुमरियागंज ग्राम पंचायत बेवामुस्तफा के ग्राम अरनी मे शहादत पुत्र/चिनकू के खेत से तिलगड़िया के सरहद तक मिट्टी पटाई का कार्य और मोहरबानी के खेत से जखोली के सरहद तक पटाई का कार्य जो इस वख्त लग भग पूरा हो गया है हो गया है कार्य सही तरीके पटाई भी नहीं की है और ना ही गावं के कीसी मजदुर ने ग्राम पंचायत बेवामुस्तफा में मनरेगा के तहत मजदूरी भी नहीं की है और मनरेगा के तहत सभी मजदुरो का जाब कार्ड भी बना है परधान तसलिबुन जो की स्थाई रूप से अपने पती फैमुल्लाह के साथ दिल्ली के सोनिया विहार मे निवास कर रही है जिसका फायदा उठाकर उनके जेठ अब्दुलसलाम उर्फ़ (डोढे) ने ठके पर दे दिया है और ठके दार ने सिर्फ मिट्टी फेकवा दी है एक कट्ठा चकरोड चौडाई भी नहीं है
अत. श्रीमान जी से नीवेदन है की उपरोकत प्रकरण कि किसी राज्य पत्रीत अधिकारी द्वारा जाँच कराकर ग्राम बेवा मुस्तफा के खाता संचालन पर रोक लगाकर जनहित में करने की कृपा करे श्रीमान की महान कृपा होगी

Sir. I am from dist Budgam of Jammu kashmir wants convey u that we have running since 2013 to Sarpanch vlw for a lane protection work .They have been misguiding us and ignoring the work. LASTLY then we approached the BDO .on the guidelines by BDO of our blok i.e, BK PORA .our work was enlisted on third priority in Graham sabha held in our village Wagoora.nine months ago estimate was carried out but when we approached the vlw he said u do this work your self and then claim the amount which is against the rules in vogue .hence ignoring the work deliberately on political reasons. I request u plz do the justice with us

I want to inform you that a lot of illegal work is done under NREGA scheme by gram Panchayat Gajendra Singh S/o Deviram, village -navipur, p.o.-kosikalan, distt.-mathura (U.P.) . Work is done by JCB machine & illegal mining from farmer's field for road construction.
Please investigate & take a legal action against this work.
