[Resolved] NSC — Payment Delay for matured NSC | |
6 years back i bought 2 NSCs from Koratur ( chennai ) Post office, now i am living in Adyar, 3 months back I went to Adyar post office and gave the request letter to collect my money and pay through Adyar post office. The in-charge person ( his name is Mr Kandasamy ) asked me to submit the requisition letter with Xerox copy of NSC. I did it. Now it's more than 3 months, upto last month he was saying it will come in another 1 week, now he is saying some problem with Koratur post office, I called korratur post office they are saying they haven't received any letter from Adyar post office. No proper answer , i have even told him that i am going to raise an complaint with Post master gen, they doesn't even bother about this. Atleast in Koratur post office i got some proper answer. But in adyar post office they don't even bother about your problem. Authorities, Please look into this, As Adyar is a main place , kindly post some one who is really capable and handle the customer properly. We are looking to get our own money only. POST OFFICE/NSC — Not paying Matured NSC
Iam the customer of your DINDORI Post office Dist- DINDORI Pin- 481880/SHAHPUR post office- Shahpur S.O pin-481879dist- DINDORI (MADHYA PRADESH), like to put forward complaint to your kind notice with the intention to get result on the subject.I am an employee of STATE BANK OF INDIA, working as a Deputy Manager and the Job is transferable. Presently I am posted at BHOPAL . When i was at KHANDWA, 18 months before Send NSC'S to our DINDORI BRANCH for collection but till date i have not received any payment.This is difficult to come at DINDORI and know what happened to my NSC'S, I tried best at my level to get payments, contact several times to our KHANDWA(0408)and DINDORI (1061)branches but DINDORI branch is saying that they have not received payments, I want to know why so delay and where is the lapses. I purchased NSC'S for the purpose of TAX savings, taken loan against these NSC'S and paying interest unnecessarily to bank.

What a work culture ? You should claim compensation in higher rate. The concerned staff should be accountable for that, only the way to work promptly.
