[Resolved]  NSDL — Correction in PANCARD

My name is Manikandan. I have applied for pan card before one year, but for what reason i dont know i didnt receive my pan card, but i received my pan number through some enquiries. Recently i have applied for Pan correction, when i tried to file my pan correction form i came to know that my previous pan card was made in the name of Mumoorthy Manikandan. Actually my fathers name is Mumoorthy. But i dont have any identity proof in the name of Mumoorthy Manikandan, i have only in the name of Manikandan.

So please issue me a pan card in the name of Manikandan. or please reply to this mail id for what should i do to get my pan card.
