NSDL — Father's Name differ on Acknowledgment given and original PAN

Dear Sir/Madam

We have applied for PAN card , we have recieved Acknowledgement of PAN Application ( Form 49 A) Dated 15th July 2011 as per details

Acknowledgment No. [protected]
Name on Card POOJA PRASHANT AKOTKAR
Fathers Name PRAKASH PUNDALIK BHAGWAT

The Name of father in acknowledgment is correct but on PAN card father name printed as PRAKASH PUNDALIK AKOTKAR

Please find the scancopy of PAN card and Acknowledgement and resend PAN card with correct fathers name.
