[Resolved] NSI Infinium Global Pvt. Ltd. — Delayed Delivery | |||
I placed an order at http://infibeam.com on 2nd October and they promised the delivery to take place within 5-7 business days but there is no sign of it yet. I t has already been shipped twice via Aramex couriers by the Infinium pvt ltd as it was shipped back without any reason last time. My shipment is being Misrouted the second time as well. What is more disheartening is that every time I call the customer care, they tell me the wrong delivery dates. I am fed up of waiting for the shipment. I haven't reiceved item From Ur end so please send me. otherwise i will take action against ur name .i have each and every about item but still not recicved and i have contact to the costomer care but they had not reply me... if i haven't reiceved item...
