[Resolved]  Nutricharge — non delivery

Sir,

Twice I placed the order for Nutricharge. Both occasions, it is not delivered.
First time, it is long ago when they hit the market with the product. Second, now it is more than a month. Some girl called up to check my interest and when she should send the boy for delivery.However, none turned up till date (>7days).

Think, these are bunch o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible people. Either the demand has surpassed supplies so much so that they don't care or it is a case of indifferent and irresponsible staff and management. The least they should do is to have a window for complaint and resolution mechanism or a mail as to the reasons why supplies are held up.
