[Resolved]  Ocean oil & gas company — offer letter from ocean oil &gas company

My husband also got a offer letter from the same copany without any interview or telecon. They want us to process the visa from our side for which we have to pay 1,200 pound to "Uk travel visa"(Not sure this is a travel agency).

Can somebody tell me this is genuine registered company..

I also got a similar letter & enquired with my relative who is in UK. It appears to be a big fraud/scam. The persons named in the letter did not even know english. It appears they have created a website also for this looting. BEWARE

I Too have recivied an offerleter from Ocean Oil&gas with in 3 days as responce. that too with out any interview. pleas informe me if you get to know about the reality. weather it is genean of a fake company. i too will defeneatly inform you if i get to know about the same.

hello every one ....my bother firend has also got this email stating same ( job and work permit)...i am in UK and trying to investigate on this ...please don't pay anything as this looks fake to me...i will update u guys shortly...

i HAVE SPOKEN WITH GUY TODAY....THE COMPANY BOSS AND VISA GUY SOUNDS SAME TO ME.......

There are few thinks which i want to mention to u guys so that u can decide by urself.
1) The telephone numbers are Premire line( means u pays extra to call them).
2) i am on work permit( HSMP) IN THIS COUNTRY and things doesn't work like that...normally solicitors ask to pay after visa approval...a
3) job title is project manager and pay scale showing in documents is £9500 ..ehich is not right....the paysacle for project manager in uk is atleast £25000,,,

many more things...

4 days before i am also got an offer letter from Ocean oil and gas company from UK without any interview. Is it a true registraed company.

Hi guys,
i applied on timesjob.com i also started getting these kinds of mails from OCEAN OIL AND GAS , New London Textile, Inc., JOHNSON BROTHERS LIMITED .etc..etc....Almost everyday, I receive atleast two mails from agencies from UK sending my appointment letter & to contact for visa & work permit.
They are utter fake & don't beleave or follow these.
