[Resolved]  Octagon Builders & Promoters (P) Ltd — Non allotment of Plot as per terms of the company even after 3 & 1/2 years

Sir,
I have booked a plot with Octagon Builders & Promotors (P) Ltd in their Santoor City_II project at Dehradun in Oct., 2006. I have paid Rs1, 25, 000/- the three installments at interval of two months in time. And as per terms and conditions of the company I have to pay the balance amount in 12 equal monthly installments on getting allotment of plot by the company. But the company has failed to allot the plot to me due to one or the other reason best known to them. The company's head office is at Noida. I am making so many quarries till date but all the time similar reply is being heard by me on phone that very shortly they are alloting the plot to me. I am a govt. employee. I have spent the money by cutting bread of my family. I could not understand what I should do to get the plot from the company. Kindly help me.

I have filed 11 winding up petiton in the delhi high court, wherein hon'ble court has issued notice to the octagan builder. i suggest you all join and file your cases for getting your money back.

Sub. :- Refund Of Deposit against File No. SCH/A/2580

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my File No. SCH/A/2580 against booking a plot at Santour City, Haridwar Project wide Receipt No.12819 Dt. 30.08.2007 for Rs. 50, 000/- and Total Amount I have paid to your company Rs.2, 70, 996/- but since a long time has been passed and in spite of so many request neither I have yet availed the allotment of any property from your company nor refund of my money.

Now again you are requested to cancel my booking and all advance paid to words the property and refund my money (Rs. 2, 70, 996/-) along with interest as per your company rules.

In the reference to the above I had already submitted the Original Affidavit on the Stamp paper of Rs. 10/- and zerox copy of agreement and NOC from M/s Om Sai Real Estate (Your Dealer) on 16.08.2012 as desired by you.

All the Original Document (Copy Of Agreement and Receipts ) I will provide to your company at the time of receiving my cheque for refund of Rs. 2, 70, 996/- plus interest.

I shall be highly appreciated for your an immediate action.
