Ojjas Lifestyle — Cheated by Ojjas / Indiatimes

I recently ordered a product from Indiatimes seller Ojjas Lifestyle(100168) which included chop chopper + dicer + v slicer I received the product within 3 days of order. But only thing that I received was 'nicer dicer'. I paid them Rs. 1600 and they just sent me dicer worth Rs.500. I have registered complaint with Indiatimes and they have promised to send me the remaining 2 products within 5 days. If I do not receive the other 2 products then I will definitely take them to consumer court and demand heavy penalty. This was supposed to be a gift to my mom.

purchesed Airwick air freshner unit on "buy one get one free" as advertised in India times shopping website with ojjas lifestyle as the seller.
Paid Rs. 1080/- but received only one unit instead of 2. After numerous calls and emails to indiatimes shopping.. no action.

Same problem with me. I bought telephone instrument (buy one get one) from this vendor through indiatimes in July. He shipped only one piece that two damaged dirty one. And since then he is not responding to any calls/ emails sent to him. He is a fraud.
