Firstly, Battery does not charge the inverter, but is is the other way round. If the inverter is not charging the battery with proper current, battery will not charge in time to be fully charged, and ready for next power cut. So, please get your inverter checked and don;t always blame the batteries. Thanks .

Dear sir,
I purchased a Okya inverter Tubelar battery in march 08 but its back-up is very poor.Its warrenty period is 18 months.After many compalints your local services provider person is not reponding.He adviced me to put my battery in his off. for at least one week then he may be inform me about its poor performences.
I don't know it I give my battery in his for one week so what the advantages for purcahing the battery in hot summer.
I request the person by whom I purcahsed this battery to take this matter seriously other wise I move to the consumer court for further relief.

I am an resident of Kalyan (Mumbai). We has purchased okaya battery in july 2007. We were given a 12 months warranty on the battery. Within one year the battery started giving backup problems. To add to the agony the service provided by the dealer was poor. Even routine service used to be given after rigorous followups. Finally now the battery has stopped giving any backup. I strongly recommend people not to buy okaya batteries. It is absolute waste of money.
