I bought two batteries okaya company on dated 29th may,2011 from metro batteries wz-247 main najafgarh road uttam nagar vide bill no 12201 dt 29may11 at the time of purchase shopkipper tell us about the service of company battery performance but before one year battery not give backup
i personally goto the shopkipper but no response as per shopkipper they already advice to company regding complaint but no use i make a complaintbr...

I was registered a complaint to your Head Office at Delhi. The complaint is registered of your Delhi office in the Serial No. 39291, Dated[protected]. After this complaint your mechanic was checked the battery and give the suggestion to me that this battery is faulted so it will replaced.
After hear your mechanic opinion I was send this battery the service center at Gwalior Dated[protected], Recept No. 843, the firm name...

DIET Dewas has purchased 15 okaya batteries for a 5 kv ups in feb 2010 from gentle enterprises 10-11 mansarovar complex hoshangabad road bhopal through LUN. the batteries are not giving backup for proper time. we are complaining to the firm regularly,but there is no respone.please do the needful otherwise we have to go to the consumer foroum. I had purchased an okaya battery from a dealer 36 months warranty instead i got a differnt battery and a differnt warranty card on asking the dealer he clains that okaya and mtek are one and the same the bill has a differnt battery model and the one which i got is differnt .
