Olive Telecom — Not giving me my product back

I have purchased one Olive Tab from CROMA Mall, Thane (Maharashtra).

Complaint:
My Olive Tab was in good working condition till December. Later on after restarting it; it was not responding well. After getting help from your service station (Nutron Technologies, Dadar.) they told us that its touch screen is not functioning. But we tried to explain them that, We can only attend and make calls from our device. We tried to reset it too.

Later we took it to company’s authorized service center, NUTRON TECHNOLOGY, SHOP NO 104, 1ST FLOOR, CIVIC CENTER, DASTUR WADI, NAIGAON CROSS ROAD, DADAR (E), MUMBAI. On 16th December, 2011. Work Order No: NTD/O[protected]. Service Center committed me to give me my product within 3 days, but they failed.

Later I tried to contact them, but many times service center call was not attended. Whenever they attended my calls they failed to give me proper answer and status of my product.

Once I was told that my product is with company’s head office for repair. But after confirming it with company’s toll free support on[protected] on 16th January, 2012 (Exactly after one month)I come to know that the product is with service center itself.
Then again I tried to contact with service center (Nutron Technologies) on 25th January, 2012 again service center people lied to me that product is already dispatched from head office.

I waited for 5 days and again contacted to service center on 30th January, 2012. Service center people did not answer me properly, instead of answering me they kept me on hold and were chatting with their colleagues and were discussing their family problems and all the way my call was on hold for more than 5 minutes, I believe this was not supposed to happen with me third time.

Then again I tried to call head office on same day (30th January, 2012) and I come to know that my product was couriered to Mumbai and I was given docket details to track it on website.

After tracking on website I come to know that courier was really sent to service center and it was in Courier Service Company but not delivered.

Today 2nd February, 2012 I tried to contact Service Center but, again same scenario took place with me as dated 30th January, 2012. And I was kept on hold without any reason.

Again after contacting to Olive Support Center I was given same answer that, my complaint is forwarded to their respective departments.

Now, I wanted to launch a complaint against company regarding to my problem and lack of proper service and insulting me by not attending my calls in proper way. As well as, company has wasted my time and money.

Now I need my Tablet PC within a week or I have to approach consumer court for further action.

Today (2nd Feb, 2012), I was given an email id to send my complaint. [protected]@olive.net

I need suggestion that what to do now to get my olive tab back.
