sir, i haved booked two tickets to secunderabad from tirupati through done card from onestopshop but the tickets was not booked and the amount was debited in my account and i informed to customer care they are saying file file tdr but in tdr they are asking request number or pnr number which is not available i have only trasanction no. [protected] and the transcation id is 29521227 and the amt debited is RS.733 my done card no. is [protected]. pls make to credit the amt as early as possible
