[Resolved]  One Stop Shop — Regarding the money refund

I joined this company last 3 to 4 yr, company provided a donecard for railway ticket booking, in which in put the balance of 15000/= from the last 16 month this doncard is not working properly, when i told to him then he reply that, within a month card is working on side. now 16 month passout card is not working, or he debited a 7800/= rs from my main company account for the reactivation of railway id without any information, so may i request to u kindly help us and make the refund of my money 22000/=
