Dean Underhill, The manager at the One Stop is an extremely rude boss, he has constantly belittled our employee's for minor mistakes, causing 3 employees to quit within 2 months because of his behavior. Dean has also had examples of microaggressions, the only one I have personally seen is when we were dealing with an issue of a woman's car who had been stollen and he said under his breath "females", I hate working at the place because of the constant anxiety i feel that i have made a small mistake keeps me up waiting for the lecture about nothing, wasting mine and his time. I would also like to mention that until a week ago he was 2 months behind his invoices. One of my coworkers who quit mentioned that he reminds her of her abusive dad. Dean Underhill is an awful manager who makes the employees feel uncomfortable.
