[Resolved]  ONGC — non receipt of allotment/money

applied for ipo in ongc company with application bid no 88313189 on dated 17-3-04 with a bidding amount of rupees 42750.00.I paid the amount with canara bank, rp road secundrabab with cheque no 203671.I haven’t received allotment neither the amount was refunded.

. Finally I got a letter from mcs stating that I have been allotted 41 shares and the balance of 13537 have been credited to my account but I haven’t received that..

We are one of the numerous investors and believers of ONGC.
Please read the email below which details our complaint.

It s now 5 years, and we have still not recieved a single reply from them giving us a status of our money or share allotment.

Would be grateful if we could receive reimbursement asap.

Can someone please take action. This amount is pending for the last 3 years.

I have enclosed the scanned copy of the counterfoil of the application form. It appears that the counterfoil does not carry a Application number. However, I have attached a scanned copy of my bank statement showing debit of the amount, along with certificate from the bank verifying the fact that the amount was paid to ONGC.

Looking forward for a quick receipt of application money along with interest for the period the funds were held with yourselves.
