[Resolved]  Onida LCD TV — Onida LCD brand new not working

lcd 32 inches — lcd panel is not working properly

i have purchase a lcd 32 inches from Bangk0k.their panel is not working properly. So please do the needfull. I have register the global warranty and they have alloted the transunction number [protected].

we had bought a 32 inch LCD TV which was doing good, but started to have problems and it turned off completely.

the service engineer said the entire power supply board is gone and replaced the same,

the TV went right after that and sudden it went off again after a month.

once again the engineer comes and inspects the set and tells that the warranty is over for the same and entire power supply has to be changed which is costing RS. 8000/- for the same.

my warranty of the set is expired only 20 days before, and y should i pay the money when it is gone bad repeatedly for the same problem, which shows the quality of the product is very poor.

so kindly do the needfull at the earliest to get my set rectified at the earliest

I BOUGHT ONIDA LCD 32" XARIA BRAND NEW TV ON OCT 2008 FROM ONE DEALER IN BANGALORE. IT WAS MALFUNCTIONING WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE. ON MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY REPLACED THE TV TWICE. FINALY GIVEN ME ONE LESS FEATURE MODEL 'XARIA LITE'. IT'S LCD PANEL GONE IN APRIL 2011. i.e WITHIN 2&1/2 YRS I NEED TO PAY RS 16000/- TO REPAIR THE TV. NOW I PURCHASED A NEW TV.

ONIDA IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT. SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

Onida LCD TV — sound problem

i had faced very bad survive from Onida care pune & from last three months i am facing problem of sound & till not solved,

very bad experice every three months it becomes fauly ,, service billed heavily ,, bad service onida is spoiling the brand image ,, first thee months colour fading , next six months oic distortion ,, billed ,, now audio fault ,, made complaint to dindigul franchise of onida , for past 3 wqeeks nothing happened i m aretd dean of gandhigram u sity ,,

ONIDA TV ,LCD / LED — TV IS NOT WORKING

I have purchased LCD / LED TV from Pankaj Electronics ,Hanumanthanagar about six months back,at least it went of action no less than thrice,, every time it is next to impossible to get touch with ONIDA Service cent re people to come repair the same,they have ready made answer for each and every thing,the spares are not available ,this model is not available he is not there or she is not there.Less said better about the call cent re people ,many of them not can not peak English nor we understand their English.By and large it is like hell.On top of this they do not lift phones this is state of affairs in ONIDA's ,so called Customer care .Will any government agency is there to take action on this type of people and give relief to Consumer's

sir my onida lcd under worrenty not working proper first i complaint customer care in ludhiana and i send lcd to customer ludhiana after 1 month my lcd come back but it is in same condition

Please if you are planning to buy a TV please never buy an ONIDA TV that too an LCD. I brought one ONIDA LCD 32" DIAMOND model from Bahrain.. may be it is because of DESI PRODUCT or DESI Love I bought ONIDA than foreign brands. But now I have lost all Desi spirit because of ONIDA TV today after 2 years this flat thing is hanging on my wall... no display only sound. ONIDA technician attended and told the spare ... that means some panel board. which panel board even he is not sure, has to come; which has not arrived after 3 weeks. So we are without any TV not knowing what is happening around the world or no entertainments. I contacted Bombay office even they are not sure when the so called will arrive.. and once it arrive even I am not sure what would be its cost... I am sure it would be near the price of TV which I bought from Bahrain. It is shameful for ONIDA to have such products created in their factory... they should keep the quality and they should train their technicians properly... Now my advise to you guys is never ever buy any ONIDA TV's as their products and after sales service will make you crazy. My last advice is never go for LCD or LED TV's it has not life more than 5 years within that period some Panel board will have to be replaced which will empty your back panel that is Money purse. Please keep all consumers aware of this fact... ONIDA LCD TV is a nasty product.

I am agree to all .I also Purchased ONIDA LCD 32 inch in jan 12 . but now it is not working . engineer said Panel damage & its Cost is 14500+600 Service Charges total 15000 near about. I am totally fed up with Onida brand.

I purchased onida 24 inch LED TV on 07/11/2013 at Sri Saravana Electornic, Salem under their invoice no: BSI/2265. with in one year period of time, the TV went wrong for three times. First time, the power adaptor went wrong and not working. Then second time, problem came in a board.Now the third time, the same problem came i.e. TV not working..see I purchased your brand TV as I believed it will be a good product and will be useful for me. But contrary to my faith, it went wrong and giving me much problem and worry. Now I request you to please exchange this TV with new one as there will be no such problem in future. Onida — service centre fooling for over a month saying part is coming

we are using fully automatic washing machine. its panel has to be replaced we lodged complain over a month ago since then they are saying part has not come its coming next monday please look into matter soon thank you
