Dear Sir,


Last week i got my Internet Banking kit by courier to UAE and i have changed my user name and password & i have got mobile registration reference number too, which has to get approved by bank. After log out i was trying to log in again but was unable to log in by mistake i forgot user name and password. i call BM to get my mobile number approved to use FORGOT/PASSWORD option, which saying "kindly contact your branch. I informed my branch they said to send e mail for another internet banking kit. Please advice me if i can get another duplicate username and password. i have been trying since two months to get SBI online facility. please help me if i can get duplicate username and password
