I forgot my online sbi banking username & password by mistake there why i can't use my onlinesbi banking services. If any way is there to recover my user name & password then plz help me, To use this facility again.

I wish to transfer my home loan availed from ICICI EKM br to any of you ernakulam or nearby branch.
I am central Govt. staff. Loan resting now with ICICI is nearly 4.3 lakhs loan sanction in 2001.
Transaction is with SBI to ICICI. My salary a/c is with SBI
Already approached my very near rural sbi br, verified land records by advocate/valuator etc.
Refusing to take over stating that 30 meter way from panchayat road to my consturcted house is foot path. Motor cycle etc... is going through this way. House away 170 meter from NH having Foot path sanctioned loan to a person, working with me.
REQUEST KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO TAKE OVER THE HOME LOAN.
