Online Shopping — payment is not received
Myself Tushar Kansagara, i cancelled my mobile phone order on 17th March because of Mobile was not deliver after1 month from the date of order.As per mentioned on timtara website payment should be refund after 7 working Days but today is 21 April, MORE THAN ONE MONTH. but since 1 month i can't receive my payment.
I contact to customer care many times but they told me your payment will receive after two-three days and also many time they disconnect calls.They talk me like this since 20 days.
I am very tired to call customer care. i dont want to take more time for cash back. So please Refund my money as early as possible

Online Shopping — Companies don't entertain warranty for purchase done online.
To all who are into buying handsets and other items online, do check with the company that do they support warranty for purchases made online. As i was about to buy a product but i did a background check with the Sony Ericsson does not support warranty for handsets purchased online. So land safely as you may ask for warranty later and you may be into blues with conditions applied.A suggestion for Online Sellers that please stop fooling around the buyers, they are not so dumb as you think.
