a month before in my mobile I got an SMS the message content is this "In the ongoing INTL draws at UK your mobile as won 30, 00, 000 and contact DR .Philip to this number[protected] but I can't contact him in that sms a e-mail id '[protected]@live.co.uk' and A four digit PIN NO=3432 is also with it

I have got the sms from orange telecommunication development company u.k. that I have won 3 million us dollars in ongoing intl draws in u.k., then I have made follow up with Philip Mark. And now I have come to know that I have to pay 75400 INR to Alex Oscar Dwane from Financial Services Authority Manchester regional office. Can you assist me in this case? Is really I have won the prize from them or they are cheating me?

I got a message which says you have just got 30lacs in the ongoing INTL orange in uk, your pin is 3432 but I am unable to contact or do any thing. please help me contact someone.
I also receive an email early morning yesterday with same exact information.Seeing that everybody has the same pin, it is obvious that this is a scam or a possible joke.
