I think all o[censored] recieved a job offer letter from orange
Telecoms Senagal.
It is a scam. The domain registration for globalvisa-rite.com is a fraudulent one, very recently registered with Microsoft OfficeLive, a typical scammer's tactic. The WHOIS details are:

I had received an sms on 31/03/2009 saying i have won $3000, 000 in the ongoing orange intl draws in UK, pin is 3432, e-mail philip on [protected]@live.com. I am in correspondence with Mr. Philip Mark as well as some Mr. Alex Mawson of Natwest Bank PLC and Mr.Alex Oscar Dwayne of Financial Services Authority (Manchester Regional Office).

I am also in receipt of a scanned copy of Certificate of Award as also the Reference Letter signed by Mr. Philip Mark addressed to Financial Services Authority.

Vide Mr. Dwayne's e-mail of 07 April 2009, I have now been told to deposit a sum of British Pounds 780 (equivalent to INR 57, 100). He has sent a scanned copy of his Passport Identification wherein the Dates of Issue and Expiry shows 31 April, which is a major issue of concern as April has only 30 day. So I have immediately sent an e-mail to Mr. Dwayne and Mr. Philip Mark on 07th instant asking for their clarifications.

I have also perused through other complaints, of which two are exactly the same as mine and others are as old as March 2008. It is so sad to note that even after so many complaints till date no actions has been taken against these frauds in your Country, who has a reputation of cracking down such culprits engaged in such malpractices.

I expect to receive a favourable reply from your Authorites as soon as possible.

Orange — THEY ARE FRAUD

These people are fraud, they are telling the same things to everyone. I been to there office and done with the medical and they told me that you will get the offer letter in 10 days and after days they called me to collect the offer letter against 80K. then after 2 days they called me and says your offer has been cancelled.
they are playing with people, they select people maily from north so it get easy for them to bluff them beacuse of long distance.
They dont even told me any information about the employer BECAUSE THERE WAS NO EMPLOYER
it is there Strategy just to earn 7000 from each candidate against medical fee.
After then I try calling them few times but they are not even ready to speak on phone
