Please visit his existing projects before investing your hard earned money. He will never give penalty charges. He will deliver sub-standard quality product. Orange County was his premium flats and the quality he delivered is equal to if not less than an average DDA Flats. To believe this, please visit any house of Orange County and speak to the existing residents.

I am currently living in this complex..there too many problems ..the bathroom flush doesn't work half time ..no water in flush ... they won't allow any drop off facility inside complex ..you can't call cab ...too many flies ...its a living hell ..I wish I hadn't comee to live here
There are lots of problems with orange county. Parking is a big problem, maintenance office is slow at responding, security issue, seepage in every rooms, even the tiles are uneven, materials used are sub-standard.. The problems will grow after u move in. So pls be ready to face it.
All the online public forums are full with 'The Truth' of Orange County builder. Multiple emails are making rounds about CHERRY COUNTY as well. With everyone's support in spreading the bad word about the real worth of the builder of Orange County, we have got all the hoardings of CHERRY COUNTY removed from Delhi-NCR region. This shows that the POWER OF CHEATED PUBLIC SPEAKS!!! Always remember, if Commonwealth Games cheated India, Builders like Orange County, Cheat Innocent Citizens.

The existing society is STILL getting constructed and mistakes are still being camouflaged and not rectified. The condition of the flats handed over by the builder can be checked by just about anyone by knocking at any resident's door of the society.
The Orange County club was made of such hopeless material that it failed the 'SLAB TEST' and is in the process of gettig demolished and re-built.
One wonders if a small building like club house can be compromised on construction quality, what quality of construction can we expect in Orange County flats. Its like risking one's life as Indirapuram comes in Seismic Zone 4 for earthquakes.
Orange County is already a mismanaged society as it was handed over to the maintenance while it was getting constructed and it has gone worse since then.
The parking is not even enough to cater to the existing occupancy. To make matters worse, the builder has still not handed over the designated parking to the residents even after 8 months of taking possession.
With the advent of Tower-16, there will be even less space for people to walk in the 'so called' open areas. The construction already looks shabby, low quality and compromising. No play area for kids, no grassy/ green area.
Platinum Condominiums is another milestone of this builder. Flats, currently projected at 1.5Cr are just 20% sold. Project already boomed!!!
The platinum condominiums are beautifully located in front of a stinking uncovered drain. They are 'Janta Apartment Facing' and are ready to take all the road side noise, dust and pollution. With No Sunlight.
The master piece was just unveiled by the builder a few days ago in the form of "Spring Swings". A first of its kind of a marvel in India which will prepare your kids to get used to the 'Jerky Indian Roads'. Ultimate planning and cost saving techniqies. Kids are already bored of them. SwaranJayanti park has better swings.
Open Swimming Pool. More than 400 flats can view people (girls & boys) swimming. Builder could have actually added an additional PLC for 3 Bedroom 3 Toilets ... eh?
The quality of construction of the Orange County flats is hopeless and the word "Well Furnished" is again being used to mis-lead the innocent future buyers/ investors of Tower 16 Orange County
Woodden tiles of the entire society is made of a material slightly thick than cardboard. The floor tiles are of the lowest grade available in the market. You spill water on the ceramic tiles, the water gets absorbed and the ceramic tiles change its colour.
Even the trees planted by the builder in the open area are not getting replaced if they die. Ultimate cost saving.
Trust me everyone, do your homework well and study the market better before investing here. ABA Builder is cheat. County Infrastructure is cheat.

All his existing projects are doomed. In Olive County, the construction work has virtually stopped. All the equipments, powder coated doors, windows, tiles, POP etc. are catching dust and is exposed to dust since years together now.
No visible work is being carried out in Olive County for years together.
In the present senario, investing in Noida properties is a better bet or Invest in ATS (the neighbour of Orange County) as ATS has delivered some of the master projects in the past. ATS is selling at the same price as Orange County.
Trust me, Orange County Tower 16 will take another 2 years to complete If all goes well (You all know the worth of this builder) and ATS will get completed in the next 1.5 to 2 years for sure. Check the worth of ATS.

Orange County Builder has gone to the lowest level of professionalism. My sincere request to the prospective buyers is not to buy anything in Orange County, Cherry County, Olive County. They will promise everything but not deliver them. If you don't believe the words please go and meet any resident in Orange county before you inest money with these cheaters. The much hyped Club has not taken shape and work is progressing in a snail pace so that it takes another yrs to complete. At the same time the builder has taken money from the residents for all these facilities and 2 summers are gone without Swimming Pool, Club. This is what is called a true Premium society . Parking is the biggest problem. The in-experienced builder didn't know how many parking lots he need to build . he started selling them left & right and now in a dire state where he has less parking than the allocated ones. New buyers - please be aware that you are not going to get parking and will park your vehicle outside the building . The unique proposition of the builder was that they will not have any vehicle park in the open area in Ground Floor. But has started selling them with 2.5 Lakhs/ parking space (This also does not solve the parking problem). All the residents did a protest to this nonsense attitude. There has been protest outside Orange county marketing office by the esteemed residents as this builder continues to cheat people openly. Guys please please be aware before you invest your money in to this blackhole. Moreover the builder also brought in Tower 16 which was never in the original Plan . He took the corner flats premium from all the people staying in Tower 8 and now with the Tower 16 coming in everybody lost the view, sun shine etc . Builder had promised that it will be only 2 floor shopping complex but has not built more than 10 floors. All the ACs that have been put are 2 Star only. Maintenace is horrible. Builder is taking the Maintenance from everybody but does not have enough manpower (Carpenter, Plumber). So in essence all the residents are paying for the Project People including the electricity consumption.
I think i would be better off to sell this property and buy else where as the problem are going to increase day by day here .

I can see a lot of complaints here are from the year 2012. Cleo county has started giving possessions recently and societies like Orange County, Cherry County, Olive County have been established completely. There had been a lot of negative reviews and complaints about the builder and societies during[protected]. I am interested to know if the scenario has been changed. I request to all the existing residents of 'county' societies and those who stayed in these societies in the past to tell us about the current condition in these societies? How is your experience in societies like Orange County, Olive County, Cherry County, Cleo County?
