Orient fans Company is now No 1 company in Providing Service Since Avanindra Yadav has taken over the Charge of All India After Sales Services.He is very co-operative and has Co-operated us, when ever any one approaches to him he is always helped them.

I have also purchased 5 fans of orient summer pride, most of them started giving sound in few weeks. Service person came are attended/replaced some items/added lubricant (twice). But... still I have problem with one fan!
I am deeply disappointed with the quality. We have been using Orient for decades, but there seems to be something wrong recently.
Please give me Avanindra Yadav contact, I can talk to him or send him an email.
Orient need to wake up.

I have bought a Orient PSPO Fan, model 1200 mm NORWESTER DECOR 1 month back. For the first few weeks, it worked well but after that it started making noises while being turned ON.
I called up the service centre at[protected] but the guy who picked up the call said that that I am on the queue and there are several other complaint's that they have to handle.Listening to that, I asked him how long is it gonna take, he replied 3-4 days. After 5 days, I called him back and he said the same thing and now its going on.The service is first of all very poor, having said that, no one would have thought that a fan 1 month old would have broke down so soon.Please contact me at[protected] for more details

I have a purchased 1 fan of orient pspo 1400mm, on 16/03/10 from APANA BAZAAR AT CHARKOP MUMBAI after 6 monthstarted giving sound. i given complaint to apana bazzar dept they give me complaint no 1605 (06/10/10)& telephone no of service centre i call Service centre they told me that send the on sat dated 10/10/10 but till date no one person attend the complaint.this the way of your service.if no one attend the complaint i go to consumer court ?

Not functioning since one months
My fan is purchased about two and half years . The Fan decreases its speed contentiously and at last stopped. Kindly repair the same.I had purchased three fancy fans but no one gives the satisfaction.13%
