[Resolved]  Orkut — addition of friends has been temporarily disabled

I am unable to send request to my friends... getting this messge "Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled".

sir, my orkut scraps are not going.i have many frnds in orkut.plz do something sir

'THE POSTING TO THIS USER IS TEMPORARY DISABLED
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.i am facing this problem for last 5 days suddenly they got disabled den it takes 24 hours to solve after 2 or 3 hours they got again disabled.Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
