I AM A REGISTERED MEMBER AS OM BOOKSTORE IN THE NAME SANKAR PRASAD HATHY UNDER THE SITE "http://busindia.com/OSRTCOnline/" WHERE YESTERDAY AROUND 12.00 O'CLOCK I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER TRINATH HATI FOR THE DATE 28TH APRIL 2011 FROM "JEYPORE TO BERHAMPUR VIA SRIKAKULAM HI TECH.THE ROUT DETAILS ARE LIKE BELOW:- BGR06R SRIKAKULAM 20:30 JEYPORE JEYPORE BHANJANAGAR WHILE BOOKING THE TICKET I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT Rs-580/- THROUGH MY ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD. WHERE MY PAYMENT IS GOT SUCCESSFUL BUT I AM UNABLE TO GER THE TICKET AND AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEAR THAT " TICKET BOOKING FAILED" I HAVE PAID THE MONEY BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE TICKET. THEN I HAVE TRIED TO FIND THE HELPLINE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THERE ARE ALSO NO HELPLINE NUMBER FOUNT. I HAVE GOT A LINK ON THE NAME OF THE BOOKING COMPANY "[protected]@busindia.com" I HAVE TRIED TO SEND THE MAIL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THE MAIL IS BOUNSED BAKE. WHAT TO DO NOW ? I am traveling from Rourkela to Cuttack on OSRTC RAJDHANI on 23.11.2019. The driver and condoctor didn't run AC, they told AC is not working. It is very safocation in side bus. There is no ventilation windows
