[Resolved] OSRTC — bus is out of order while travelling from berhampur to koraput

Dear sir,
I am Subhakanta Behera one of the passangers of osrtc on 31/12/2018. I was travelling from Berhampur to Chitrakonda on 31/12/2018.i had made online ticket.the pnr no. of the ticket is[protected], and trip code BAM26 departure time was 9 p.m.
But unfortunately the said Bus is out of order at koraput due to some engine problem.so I had to get down from the bus.I requested the conductor to refund my rest amount to travel my further jouney to reach my destination.but the conductor denied to give me and told you have to lodge the complain through online for getting money as you have made online ticket.

As I had paid full payment for travelling from Berhampur To Chitrakonda But due to out of order of the on the way I had to get down at koraput as per request of the said Bus conductor.I told the Bus conductor to refund money to travel to complete my rest of journey but the conductor denied to give. so I had to pay once again to travel.
I do a ticket on[protected] from Rayagada to Cuttack on osrtc bus online through goibibo website but unfortunately the bus is not able for journey on the same day n I am not able to got my cash refund
