I have tried to book a bus ticket for from Visakhapatnam to Koraput in OSRTC Ticket booking app.
Amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not confirmed and same had been informed to OSRTC counter at Visakhapatnam, they told amount will be refund, Till now not receiving the amount.

Dear sir,
I am Subhakanta Behera one of the passangers of osrtc on 31/12/2018. I was travelling from Berhampur to Chitrakonda on 31/12/2018.i had made online ticket.the pnr no. of the ticket is[protected], and trip code BAM26 departure time was 9 p.m.

But unfortunately the said Bus is out of order at koraput due to some engine problem.so I had to get down from the bus.I requested the conductor to refund my rest amount...

I AM A REGISTERED MEMBER AS OM BOOKSTORE IN THE NAME SANKAR PRASAD HATHY UNDER THE SITE "http://busindia.com/OSRTCOnline/" WHERE YESTERDAY AROUND 12.00 O'CLOCK I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER TRINATH HATI FOR THE DATE 28TH APRIL 2011 FROM "JEYPORE TO BERHAMPUR VIA SRIKAKULAM HI TECH.THE ROUT DETAILS ARE LIKE BELOW:-

I booked my ticket on 27th March for travel on 1st April, selecting a seat that was unoccupied at the time. However, to my shock, a male passenger was allowed to book the adjacent seat on 30th March, even though such allocations should not be permitted. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the well-being of female travelers.

I demand an immediate explanation and corrective action regarding this issue. The app must be updated to ensure that male passengers cannot book adjacent seats to female passengers unless explicitly permitted by the female traveler. Failing to address this concern will force passengers like me to reconsider using OSRTC services in the future.

I booked 2 seats in osrtc official app for dated - 31/08/2023, seats number - 15, 16, from Koraput to Parlakhemundi (ODISHA).
The ticket amount has been deducted but the ticket has not yet confirmed.
I got the transaction details but haven't got any msg in sms or email about confirmation of ticket..

Bus no OD02AQ4808 from Kolkata to Barbil, this bus service of osrtc is just un tolerable, , on 09/10/2022 this bus departed from kolkata, 1st they refused to turn on AC, as it's an AC deluxe bus, , we paid for it, but still they refused to turn on AC, , after reaching keonjhar, they said bus can't go from keonjhar at midnight 2am(10/10/2022), hardly 11 passengers was there, , I was there with my family, what kind of service osrtc offering, is this the way..

I booked a ticket from Bhawanipatna to Rourkela scheduled on 13 June 2022 today amounting Rs 720. Even after a successful transaction via PhonePe I did not get the tickets either on my mail or on my given phone number.
So I kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and give me the refund or the tickets for the same for which I shall be grateful to you.

I hab booked a ticket on osrtc via paytm on date 08/06/2019 from balangir to bhubaneswar. The bus was to arrive at 11: 15 as told by the conducter an i was adviced to reach the govt. Bus stand by then. I arrived but there was non sign of the bus. When i callwd the conductor the told me the had not enter the bus stand ans had rode around 20kms away from my town. They did not infomed me about anything and asked me instead to come to nearby village by mine means of transport which i was not abke to find at midnight. I emailed osrtc evem messaged them on facebook but they did not respond. I just want my refund and fine and an appology from osrtc. Due to such negligence in was stranded at night. I has also some urgent office work which didi not happen due to this. It was also the negligence of conductor who didnot informed me. His name is kshama bag
