We really regret the time when Shree Kuber Estate Agency (We) (BP[protected] – Shop No. 5, Poonam Asmita, Tirupati Nagar – II, Virar (West) - [protected] decided to become Business Partner of OSS Retails Pvt. Ltd. Malad, Mumbai (They) we were told that after paying Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) we can become their Business Partner and use their services of: -
1) Rail ticket On Line (Booking Rail Tickets online as an Agent of OSS)
2) Flight Safar (Book Flight Tickets)
3) Bus Safar (Book Bus Tickets for AC Volvo, Non Ac etc.)
4) Mobile Seva (Mobile & TV Recharge)
But while booking Rail Tickets their Server is maximum times under Maintenance and we cannot book tickets.
When we book Air Tickets they show on screen the ticket is under Process & they hold it for the purpose to ask for visa only then they will issue ticket. Whereas it is not mandatory & due to this we lose our business & customers.
Bus Safar whatever portal show about the timings of bus Departing & Reaching destination is number of times is wrong & the people who book the ticket suffer losses.
Mobile Recharges maximum number of times the recharges of TV & Mobile are not available.
We were told that Rs. 10,000/- is one time Non refundable fees and further you will not be charged and now since last 4/5 months they have started charging Rs. 100/- per month extra from Business partners (BP’s) extra as Maintenance Charge. Without providing any facilities to the BP’s. They even do not have any Toll Free Number to call & when we call the Customer Care numbers we are on hold for a long long period where we just here: - { Welcome to One Stop Shop, One Stop Shop Mein Aapka Swagat Hai, Jee Haan Kya Aap Done Card Use karte Hain Blah Blah Blah Blah ………………………….. Just Listen on[protected] /[protected]}
Ultimately we just think that we have landed with wrong people where there is no support & there is no responsible person to talk or handle our Grievances.
