2009 i took irctc through oss and got the etoken and certificate to book railway tickets online. They took 15000/- saying that its one time payment for life time. Just after one year they started demanding 1000/- and 2000/- yearly for renewal. But inspite of paying during season they always get stuck up and just make excuses on call centre that "its a technical issue". The software doesnot operate for couple of months when its most wanted. I had recently in august 2012 renewed for two years paying 2000/- online. Legally i should get service till 2014 august. But my software of irctc is closed since april 2013 till now saying that my contract is expired. On inquiring with irctc call centre they say that there is a due from one stop shop to be cleared and so all acounts on their side is closed at present. Now this hope less one stop shop call centre bull from last three months that it is "technical issue" - my foot technical issue. This guys are real fraud and they very well know that people do not have time to go to court against them for such matter and so taking undue advantage. Beware of this frauds. one stop shop — frod
no balance no refund of cancellation of tickets & no proper responce from help line this company is frod & non reliable.After paying them one time charge of 10000 rupees they do not take care of their distributors and thats where the people get harassed and the travel agents name gets spoilt in the market.so kindly mumbaikars do not come in talks of these companys.
