I insured Rs. 10000/- for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance with OVEN COMMERCE PVT. LTD. in Aurangabad branch office on dated 30.09.2008. I have receipt issuing against insured amount by Oven commerce Pvt. Ltd. Which mentioned Policy/ Proposal no[protected] code - 322494 for the name of Asghar Adib Anjum.
