[Resolved]  Overnite Courier — non delivery of consignment

Dear Sir,
There is a courier which has to be deliver to me on 19/04/2011 (which is shown on Company website). but i didnot received it yet on 26/04/2011.
the consignment is very important to me as it contains my credit card PIN.
I have call the courier company more the 20 times but they didnot respond me.
Kindly expedite the delivery

Hi Sir/Madam,

This regarding the package delivery of one item i.e. LCD T.V.(consignment number (1176) from kolkata to pune via vijay packers and logistics(Vijay Packers & Logistics Add : 162/2, Ravindra Nagar, Near BKC Collage, Donlop, Kolkatta-700108(WB) Contact Person: Mr. Rajbir Singh Ph. : +[protected] /[protected] Email : vpl.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]@vijaypackersindia.com).

During the dispatch time they told that the consignment would be delivered within 7to 10 days. The date of dispatch was 1st april 2011. I called the Kolkata office to know the status after a weeks time and they informed that within 2-3 days it will reach pune. Again after 2-3 days i called them to know the status and they informed that vehicle that was coming was changed due to some reason so it would take another 2 days. Again i called and they said they will call after 10 min and inform me about the status however they didnot call for another hour. Again I called however after ring noone answered the call so i kept trying. I also called on 24/7 helpline number that no one answered .After sometime a person took the phone and said that it will take another 2 days(the vehicle had reached mumbai however unloading had not happened) and was talking very rudely stating that i have just sent one thing and i am after that and a lot thing. As I consumer I donot expect the service provider to talk to me like that when he is at fault.

Also again after 2 days i called and he had the same answer that unloading had not happend and they would call whenever the consignment reaches pune. Also he said that if i had so much problem after one week I can take the money back and also the consignment from kolkata.However i told him i want my consignment in pune.

After that my dad had also called him to know to talk to him however he informed that only one thing is there thats why it is taking time and it will reach by monday or tuesday(25th or 26th april 2011).

Its been 25 days still i have not received the consigment and I am not sure whether i will receive it. Hence I would like to know if I can file a complain against them in consumer court .

Dear Sirs,

Ref : AWB No.[protected] dated 14/07/2011.

We are not receiving the couriers on time. I'm woried that your Overnite courier agent in Warangal might have lost above shipment as it was dispatched from Hyderabad to Warangal on Saturday 16th July.

Earlier also, one of my shipment was misplaced by your Mr.Raju of Warangal office in May-2011. And till now your office has not replied to my earlier compaint.

Overnite Courier doesn't deliver the consignment, it is reached pune on 30th July 2012 but till now thay are not delivered, calling them again and again(pimpri office), now nobody is picking up the phone.very poor service.

Pune office doesn't giving any response to calls.
