I was sent a courier on the 26th of November, 2008 by NSDL with an important document. The Bill no is : [protected]. This courier has not reached me and I the company does not pick up calls of enquiry and I am also unable to clearly track the status of my courier on their site. When i received the courier i saw that the watch was not of casio company but the bill and warranty card was of casio. which i conformed with my uncle he said he had send a casio watch model number EF-503D-1AVDF. In this case what should be done, i am planning to take a legal action against this by putting in a police complaint and going to a consumer court.
