We have booked of two i ticket from IRCTC on dated 02/12/2012 one ticket we have received on dated 05/12/2012 (PNR No-[protected]) but 2nd ticket (PNR No-[protected]) still we have not received then i have call to Overnite customer care for this no 26782218 he is saying please note the concern mobile no([protected]-Het Ram) and talk to him for this regarding.
But i am continually call for this no on 11 am to 6 pm but still no picking the phone so please take the action for this regarding and urgent reply us.
So Please do the needful as earlier
