[Resolved] Overnite Express Limited — Ticket Not received

On 21st July, 2013 i booked ticket online thought IRCTC. Transaction Id: [protected], PNR Number: [protected].
I have still not received the ticket, as 6th of Aug, 2013 is the Date of Journey and i ticket is not not delivered. I tried their customer care number for assistance, the number was showing as temporarily disconnected. Even i tried calling their Mumbai's branch i.e. Goregoan (e), two of the numbers are switched off and one number is contactable but no one is answering the call.
Seriously, i pissed off with Overnite Express Limited service, they have got pathetic service and even they don't bother of checking mailes received by customer.
Even, i mailed them that i have not delivered my ticket and there is no response from their site.

plz refer my earlier mail pertaining to delivery of tickets where wrongly i mentioned the company's name as itc where shud have been OVERNITE EXPRESS. Kindly excuse me for the silly mistake.

i ticket — Delivered Ticket not received

Transanction Id[protected], PNR No.[protected], Station from BVI to ST date of journey : 14.11.08 - The ticket not received till date whereas other ticket booked on return journey is received hence please arrange to dispatch the said PNR No. Ticket at the earliest.
