We have sent a document through overniteexpress from Dhanbad to Pune on 18th of feb, 1011 on the address given as under:-

Vide Document No.[protected] Dated 18.02.2011, when we were told by M/S. Shree Industrial Products that they have not received the document sent by us, we immidiately contacted both Dhanbad and Pune offices of overnite express , but even after 6 days been passed of our follow up overnite officials are still not in position to give us POD , and continuing saying we are looking into the matter , its really regretful that a courier service company like overnite have no resposible employees who are really not bothered for their customars.
Please do the needful on the issue and help us atleast by giving us our document back.

Overnite Express Ltd. — Non Receipt of documents

We are dealing with Okhla Branch of Overnite Express Ltd. in the name of Niyogi Books and Niyogi Offset Pvt Ltd.for the last many years. Of late we are facing some serious problems. We do not get PODs. Whenever there is a problem we refer the website. Instances are coming to light that website shows the docket as delivered. But our client says he has not received. When we refer to Okhla branch od the courier co. we get ZERO cooperation. Mr. Sandeep Jukhet and Alok Das the executives at Okhla have no time to listen to us. Recent such examples are AWB [protected] Dated 02.06.2011 to Mr Nasreen Muni Kabeer and [protected] dated 28.05.2011 to Ms Reshma Ghoshal both for Mumbai. The website shows these as delivered. We are receiving cmplaints of not having received till date which effects our name, fame and business.
