The service is pathetic... i had my consignment no. [protected] couriered from Aizawl on 18 October 2014 to Patna, but it has still not reached its destination as on today dated 04 November 2014. I feel really sorry for those who go for their service. They should really change their name from "Overnite Express Ltd" to "Arabian Nights Ltd" ... God knows they will even deliver in 1001 nights or not ...
