I have recharged through SBI OXIPAY Netbanking on 15/10/2012 for Reliance GSM Topup Recharge on mobile number [protected] for INR 55/- Recharge is Not Successful. But amount has been taken from my account A/C [protected]
Sbi Refrence Number is 2106474IGD4540849 TRANSFER TO [protected] OXIGEN SERVICES (INDIA
Please Refund my account in my bank account ..... Rs 55/-- to my a/c [protected]

when i have make a call to Reliance customer care they they says that " Contact ur Bank "
i have complain my problem in oxycash customer care But they give me only a complain number.... nothing solution
